Help me with Influencer and blogger marketing outreach for striking JVs with 5 partners

We want to promote our product by way of Joint Ventures with big influencers. We have a training product "WiFi Security Training Course" that is priced at $159.99 and we want big influencers to sell it to your target audience with the help of coupon codes. We would create a special coupon code for each JV partner who would give that code to his blog readers or email list etc. We would give a big discount to their audience (typically around 60-80%) plus we would share revenues with the influencer too from whatever revenues we get through his/her coupon codes. Our ideal JV partner could be big bloggers and email list owners who maintain good relationship with their lists. The bloggers/email list owners could be in the niche of fintech, heaclthcare, hotel, retail industries - ie their audience would consist of retailers, bankers, financial institutions, hotels, tour operators, startups. The more dependent their industry and operations is on technology, the better. Your role: You would identify big list owners and bloggers in the areas of interest and email them, talk to them about our training program and get them on-board to promote the course. We could help out with queries and consultation but you would need to identify, develop and finalize the deals mostly independently. JV partner's role: They write about the course and offer a discount coupon code to their readers. Their readers are happy with the heavy discount, the blogger/list owner makes money, we sell our products - a win-win for all. The actual discount would be finalized in consultation with the influencer. For example we could offer 70% off to their readers and 15% to the influencer while we retain 15% OR maybe 60% to their audience and 25% to them while we keep just 15% - In all cases we would be happy with 15% and the rest could be split between them and their readers. You need to finalize at least 5 such JV partners. They should have sizeable audience and influence.
