This individual must be studious, aggressive, professional, persistent, and hard-working. Position Responsibilities: Manage the direction of the company's sales and marketing strategy. Make cold calls and email appropriate businesses and people to sell our services and products Advertise our services and products to a wide array of people on social media. Keep in contact with our clients until a successful transaction is made. Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand. Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. Minimum Requirements: Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy Technical sales skills Proven experience in customer relationship management Knowledge of market research Experience in managing and directing a sales team Relevant product and industry knowledge Experience with relevant software applications Key Traits: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organization and planning Problem analysis and problem-solving Information management Team-leadership Formal presentation skills Persuasiveness Adaptability Innovation Judgment Decision-making Stress tolerance Payment: Centric Print is an equal-opportunity employer. Since, our company is fairly new, we will offer a 20% commission for every project, individual, or business that our sales manager can successfully secure. If the project is $15, then the sales manager will receive $4. If the project is $200, then the sales manager will receive $40. This is an incentive for those who are persistent and will get results right away. In addition, after six months of working with our company, our sales manager will be eligible for bonuses and an added base salary. It's all about working your way up.
