Android and iOS wrapper for mobile APP

We have an existing WebAPP. We want to have wrapper APPs for that APP for the following reasons:
- People are looking in the APP Stores and do not understand that they need to open a Web APP in a browser
- We use Basic Auth as one of our security components. We want the APP to store these parameters
- The URL to open is user specific. Users get assigned an ID. We need a field where the user just enters this ID, and URL is "computed" in the background
- Users can define "views" within our WebAPP. Using a normal browser, they can add these as Favorites to their Home Screen. A similar mechanism should be in place for the APPs.
Access to the WebAPP will be given in personal discussion.
The APPs need to be native APPs on both Android and iOS. No interpreters like AIR!
We need to be able to customize some URL parameters to roll out a stripped down / alternative Version of the APP for some special interest situations.
You need to make sure the APP will be accepted on both, the Apple Store and Google Play.
