mobile music app

This is a basic music streaming app. Nothing horribly slick for version one... simply a proof of concept. It could be for either android or iphone I am open to either and if you do a great job (and are capable of doing development on the other platform) I would very quickly hire you for the other version. Must be able to select individual tracks, have basic bio info available, purchase tracks from phone (or cue up if not in 3g or wi-fi), tweet out/facebook share functionality, basic account creation. I have specific reporting metrics I would like (number of plays, users per day, etc) All graphics are currently being made and I have a fairly complete wireframe available upon request and validation you're actually a programmer and not just someone who will steal my idea and make a zillion dollars! :-)
