i have a business where doctors are on call 24/7 providing advice via their mobile. i have a roster in a spreadsheet which has a priority list for each shift which orders the way in which the calls route thru to the doctors. i want the app to tell the doc when they are on call and what priority they are and, alert them with an alarm or calendar entry. also records the call length and logs number of calls and categorises the calls by source. there are about 5 sources of call i.e. inbound numbers. for each call the doc can type in some text about the details of the call. this will likely have some optional drop down menus and free text
