ITIL help needed

Hey I have a small project to do in ITIL. Choose one large organization. Pretend that you are an ITIL consultant hired by the organization to create an IT Services plan. Develop a report of 2500 or more words in which you 1) briefly describe the organization you have chosen and 2) complete the following: 1) Design an IT service 2) Create an IT Service Strategy 3) Develop an IT Service Transition Plan 4) Construct a brief IT Service Operation Guide 5) Formulate a CSI Plan The KEY guiding principle to help you craft a solid plan is to make sure you understand and explain WHY each step is important and WHY your recommendations for each step will work to help the organization.
