132430 Convert Illustrator to Website

I have attached a PDF file which contains the exact images of what my website is to look like. I have all the files in Adobe Illustrator and I need them converted into a website. The navigation bars need to change to the color orange when someone mouses over it. The "HOME" button on the very first page of the PDF file better shows what I am in need of. There is NO graphic design needed. All you have to do is take the illustrator files and make the website. Very simple. Let me know if you have any questions. THANKS!
