Create a simple application Android and IPhone version

I want to learn quickly how to create an application for Android and iPhone, if possible Blackberry too. I want you to create a simple application for me, and tell me how you did everything. You will need to provide source code and documentation. In documentation you will write all steps of creating this appication, which IDE, how to compile. Source code must be clean, well commented and nice-professional code, optimized. I do not accept dirty and not optimized code, so please do it good. Application must be done on demand, and you must do all featues which I will request from you. It will be a custom text chat application, client - server. I want a beautiful, simple and original design. Please bid here only if you have positive feedbacks and already did such projects as mine. I know it is not a large project and not difficult for those who have experience in field, I just want this application to study this tehnology, looks more like a tutorial for me. In your bid don't forget to tell me what tehnology you will use, what platform , frameworks ... don't bid only saying that you can do, write more details about what you can offer, what you will use and how will you do it in short words. I think it would be good if application will be written in Java or Flash. But you may suggest me other thing, and tell / prove why it would be best option. Try to convince why it should be .
