HI, I can develop the application which will hit an api/ apis , transform data or analyze data and then store it in DB. How to optimize the process to increase the throughput depends on the underlying database also. I have experience with Oracle, mysql and psotgressSql. 1000 transactions per minute is doable. I saw that yu have posted one for more project where you need to add the logic to analyze in between read from api and store in db, I can easily help you there also.
