Modify Java code

We make our calls as follows: java –jar [login to view URL] [form] [pdf] For example: c:\oinsight\bitwin>java -jar [login to view URL] FL-App-for-Certificate-of-Title-82040 filled form = the file being updated/filled with data. pdf = the new/updated form presented to the user. [login to view URL] assumes: - A directory named forms exists one level down from FormUpdater.jar. - A .properties file exists in the forms directory that matches form. - Every .properties file contains an XMLFile value on line 1, usually [login to view URL] - form exists in the forms directory. [login to view URL] reads values from [login to view URL] and based on the properties defined in the .properties file inserts the values into the pdf file. Each pdf has fields defined within that matches the .properties file. Another program creates [login to view URL] and the .properties file and writes them to the forms directory. Here is what we need done: 1. Add a third argument to [login to view URL] that is the path and filename of the xml file, currently 2009063.xml. [login to view URL] should use this path and filename instead of the XMLFile value on line 1 of the .properties file. 2. Return a response when the process is complete. If successful return Success else return Failure^reason(s) why. 3. Allow us to define where the forms directory is located, either as an argument passed at runtime or in some type of configuration file that is read at runtime - once this path is set it likely will not change.
