Google Map Development

We need a Javascript/AJAX programmer who will develop a Google Map for our website. Here are the specifications: The map will be centered on the state of Ohio, USA. The map will have buttons that toggle the display between Map View and Satellite View. The map will have navigation controls that zoom in, zoom out, and navigate north, east, south and west. The map will display 534 red pushpins with locations determined by latitude and longitude coordinates. When a pushpin is clicked a text bubble will appear containing three pieces of information about that pushpin (operator, API #, and Permit issue date). The pushpin data is included in an attached file named ([login to view URL]) The map will also display 534 lines that are 2 pixels in width and red in color. The end points of each line will be determined by latitude and longitude coordinates. (one of these coordinates will be at a pushpin location). The latitude and longitude data is included in an attached file named ([login to view URL]). The attached file ([login to view URL]) shows a sample of what the map window will look like with navigation controls, map/satellite toggle buttons, push pin, text bubble and line for one well. This map is zoomed in on one location. The programmer will deliver original code and files that will produce the Google Map on the [login to view URL] website. Any javascript files and ajax files should be placed in a folder named /map_v3/. The map window should be approximately 800 pixels in width. The programmer grants us permission to modify this code to add new points to the map. The programmer also grants us permission to use the code to generate additional similar maps that will displayed on geology.com. We will post a Milestone 1 payment of at least 50% of the total project cost. That payment will be released when the programmer posts a demonstration map that includes all of the functionality that we requested on his/her own server. The demonstration map should include all 534 pushpins and 534 lines. We will post a Milestone 2 payment of the remaining project costs. That payment will be released when the map is working on our server. The programmer will then deliver working html code and any other files that are needed and instructions of how to make the map work on our server. The programmer will be available for questions and assistance as we install the map on our server.
