Hello, I have checked all the three tasks 1) On over speed vehicles passing by we would initiate a capture image event for IP Camera. This photograph would be saved in RPI USB Memory card. (Budget $1500AUD). 2) Editing photo (attaching Speed/Speed-Unit information) and saving to RPI. (Budget $700AUD). 3) Pushing captured photos to WebApp and associate every photograph to a Traffic Log Involves extensive changes in WebApp and Python. (Budget $2500AUD).
