Successful form submissions should be tracked via two Google Analytics events: The click event should have Category = “Contact Funnel”, Action = “Click: Submit”, Label = “Contact Form” The submission event should have Category = “Contact Funnel”, Action = “Submission”, Label = “Contact Form” Form is here: [login to view URL] Thoughts on implementing: JavaScript is required to implement this, but its JavaScript that could be placed on the completion page etc... It looks like maybe they want you to place the JavaScript on the link (maybe even the menu item) that navigates to the Contact Form.... then when the user clicks Submit they want another JavaScript for a Google Analytics event that would need to be placed on the page the user is redirected too.
