Write a piece of JS code [ASP.NET C# MSSQL | JS SKILLS -- REQUIRED]

Hello, my expert JS friends :) i am making a college project where i have this goal scenario to achieve: Project technology: .NET c#, MSSQL, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JS Well - I am making a CMS (content management system) for the website.. Where i can do content update etc. etc. Now on page: I need this function to be done -----> Admin see a page where he can manage module (Like place Search option in right, Move left widget to right and so on) Like we do in wordpress or other common plugin of it? ********** See attached for reference ******** So i am planning to achieve this i am planning to: pass Position using C# and JS set the position using drag and drop after that based on position change the output will get in position id or something which i can handle using C# and store position in DB and based on that i can display the content on that place. can you please help me with that, i found many free JS and tutorial but as i am not familiar with JS at all i don't know how to pass it. I am in quite urgent help need. please reply. Thanks!
