Measuring System for HP Agilent

I need a queued-state-maschine with two measuring modes for the HP Agilent to measure Voltage on one specific channel and temperature on two specific channels. There must be one knob to control one Outputvoltage channel of the Agilent. Before measuring the user should be able to make decisions about the scaling, the measure mode and time, output voltage, com-port, choose save folder and data typ. Each measure point need a time code, maybe also a graphic analyse for example U(t) is needed. All Controls should be grayed out while measuring. After the Measuring process the data should be saved in a excel-data or csv. At every time the user should be able to abort the ongoing process. I got the manuel and all the important drivers and lab view instances for the Agilent. Meanwhile i got the first steps for the program done, but there is a lot of detailed work to do to finalize the prog.
