We are looking for a team of 2-4 telemarketers with excellent English skills, from the Philippines to make full time outbound phone calls and take inbound phone calls to potential home sellers in the Auckland area. We are looking for a group of assistants to contact these homeowners on behalf of our real estate company.
We will provide the staff with scripts and notes to follow. The goal behind these phone calls are to book appointments for our staff member to go out on listing appointments in an attempt to obtain the homeowners’ listings for sale. In addition to providing staff with a script, they will be given a phone list with owners’ names and contact numbers, and a list of homes in the area that we have already sold in the same community they will be calling. We will also provide you with a database each day for your team to call every day as well as a short questionnaire to ask the homeowner important questions about features of their home.
Telemarketers should have clear speaking voice with little to no accent. We require that staff uses Skype and have a working headset to update by voice on any appointments that have been booked. Staff should be able to make phone calls during business hours of Standard NZ time(9am to 9pm) . A webcam would be a plus as well, so we can check on progress. We are willing to offer bonuses for each appointment booked. We are looking for aggressive, motivated sales staff to help us arrange 2-5 listing appointments a day.
