The Affiliate Manager will join a team of passionate individuals to help grow and expand our business. This role will focus mainly on the development of new and existing publisher relationships, as well as the optimization of clients’ online marketing campaigns. In this position, you will work with a dynamic group who understands the goals of your position and has the experience to get you the resources you need to do your job well.
Responsibilities
· Prospect and recruit new publishers to join our affiliate network.
· Work with existing publishers, which includes a mixture of emailers, search marketers, affiliate networks, and websites, to generate and purchase traffic
· Assist publishers with offer setup, reporting, tracking, and general support.
· Provide publishers with continual performance feedback and assist with campaign optimization.
· Uphold quality and compliance standards.
· Analyze data such as ROI, EPC, customer acquisition cost, media spend, and leverage findings to optimize publisher campaigns.
· Maintain constant communications with our operations, accounting, and technology teams to ensure that partner needs are taken care of promptly.
· Explore new business opportunities, particularly new potential offers to add to our network.
Requirements
· 1+ year of experience in sales or affiliate management at an affiliate network.
· Strong understanding of the online marketing landscape.
· Experience using Excel to analyze and interpret business data.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to speak confidently about the online advertising industry.
· Knowledgeable about current marketing trends, advertising tactics, and CPA business models.
· Proven ability to motivate affiliates to test offers and the finesse to turn those tests into profitable, long term relationships with publishers.
