Recently, I have sent up an Immigration Law Blog, in which I attach my articles, related to updated (Immigration Law) case law, (namely to decisions of various immigration Tribunals, in particular, these of the Upper Tribunal and the Court of Appeal), structured presentations, (accompanied by my own comments), as well as to various legal articles, in which I approach critically and in a detailed manner, various issues related to the new Work and Study Visas, (namely what it is going to happen with them), after 1st January 2021, namely in the post-Brexit era, as well as to the conditions under which European Union citizens and their European or non-European family members can obtain pre-settled or settled status in the UK.
