Sourcing specialist (China, Shēnzhèn)

Hi, our future colleague! Our company is an experienced Amazon seller and now we are looking for Soursing and Quality Control specialist in China (Chenzhen). It is a remote, but very responsible job position for us. So we are looking for a real team member, who will help us to deliver only the best products to our clients. Responsibilities: ● New suppliers sourcing due to the internal customer requirements (the main regions are China - 80% and Europe - 20%) ● Taking part in category strategy creation ● Personal meetings with producers and suppliers ● Negotiations with suppliers according commercial conditions and prices as well as about needed information regarding supplied products ● QA/QC operations, complaints solving, lifelong quality improvement operations ● Preparation of transaction with new supplier for procurement specialist: supplier audit, commercial conditions agreement, the first transactions support) ● Spend analysis, the ability to present information in excel and Power Point format to the internal customer for effective decision making) ● TCO calculation (the total cost of ownership) ● Communication with departments of the company having the requests of new products supply and sourcing ● Taking part in a bidding procedure ● Taking part in exhibitions by different categories of the goods. Mandatory knowledges & experience (MUST HAVE): ● Higher education ● Strong negotiation skills ● Knowledge of Incoterms and international supply stages ● International markets procurement experience ● International markets sourcing experience ● Experienced PC user (MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat); ● English language (oral and written) – Advanced (C1-C2) ● Chinese language is extremely preferable ● Russian language – native
