Hello! What for do you need sysrcd? Usually this problem is solved entering save mode. Or if you able to VNC to server - you can just reset RDP License server.

Greetings, The first thing that I would do is gain access to the server. Do you have a link to the service providers website? After that I can re-enable RDP or another remote desktop solution. Good day and good luck.
