Neural Networks and Wavelet Modeling and Forecasting

I am looking for an expert in 1) neural networks, and 2) wavelet modeling and forecasting. I want the expert to generate a forecast for the neural network. The requirements for the neural network are as follows: 1) Use my code to generate an n-step ahead out of sample forecast for my time series 2) Create a simpler code to run the neural network and generate the forecast. The code should use “NARNET”. The selected person should provide the code to convert the NARXNET from open-loop to closed-loop form to predict ahead any number of timesteps. For the wavelet modeling, I am going to supply the data. Before I award the job, I am asking this question. My data is a time series. What type of wavelet transformation are you going to use? I) discrete; or ii) continuous. If you are using a discrete transformation, what wavelet are you going to use? If you select continuous wavelet, what wavelet are you going to use? I know the answer to this question, so I am going to use it as part of my evaluation criteria. The requirements are as follows: 1. Use matlab for the wavelet modelling. Generate the data with the signal, and generate the data with the noise. I know how to open the wavelet toolbox. I also know how to reach the area where I can choose a wavelet, and perform denoising. I want the selected person to inform me how to generate the data with the signal, and the data with the noise. <image> 2. Explain what the d5, d4, d3, d2, and d1 mean Tell me where are the coefficients, scaling, shifting, and frequency 3. Perform the n-step ahead forecast using the wavelet. I am aware that the signal can be extracted with the wavelet, and an econometric model like the ARIMA, or a neural network model, could be used for the out-of-sample forecast. I want the forecast to be generated from the wavelet without the use of the ARIMA or ANN (artificial neural network).
