Thank you for the opportunity to bid on your project. I have over 15 years experience in marketing management, events & business development experience for small/medium sized companies, as well as large Fortune 500 companies in the United States, primarily in the NYC area and Europe.
In order to execute this project & organize charity events, I would first work with you to understand your business plan or help you create one. Once I understand your business needs, I will recommend an events & marketing plan that will include ideas to increase awareness & efficiently plan the events + be easily executable by myself, any staff or other freelancers you may have, plus yourself. Once you have approved the events & marketing plan, we will execute activities such as vendor selection, venue searching, press releases, news sharing on social media & more. The event & marketing plan will be easy enough to understand so you, someone on your staff or I can continue using it after our project has ended.
Proposed Timeline (to be discussed/approved)
Days 1-10: Business planning. Event & Marketing plan due by day 10.
Days 10-14: Event & Marketing plan approved on days 10-12. Event & Marketing plan training conducted days 12-14.
Days 14-19: Distribute press releases, contact potential sponsors, negotiating vendors and venue, & other methods that will be discussed in event & marketing plan.
