Asterisk Custom Module

We require a custom module for Asterisk/Freepbx. We have an ASP.NET application used for our finance program, one feature that we would like to add, is where the client (registered in MsSQL db) chooses a DID. Here's the intended workflow. 1. Employee with employee code PP0001 logs in to client portal (asp.net) and chooses a DID 2. Client then calls that DID and is asked to confirm their employee code (0001). 3. Client is then prompted to record a greeting (with the ability to re-record) 4. Clients are then played another anouncement, then promoted to press 1 to confirm. 5. Now, when callers dial that DID, it plays the recording the client recorded. 6. After the recording, calls are dropped in to queue 903 7. Entry is also created in "caller id management" application (standard FreePBX module) so that we can dynamically make outgoing calls on behalf of that client "Incoming routes" could be added manually (before number becomes available on asp side), but would be interested if this could be managed on the ASP side.
