Make my app gogle play ready - repost

This is where the problem is with the app. Upload failed You uploaded an APK that is not zip aligned. You will need to run a zip align tool on your APK and upload it again. That is what poped up when i tried to load it. Make this app google play ready and amazon ready. Also take the ad there and make it to where i can change it as i need to. I want this app to be ready for Google play. as of right now its not ready and can not be used. Make sure the add where the car is can be seen even if there is not internet connection. The ad area must be able to function with out internet connection. So in all you must make the app ready for google play and amazon you must create something that will allow me to change the advertisement space you see on the [login to view URL] I want to be able to update the ad when i choose and how i choose. The space must fit the whole screen. if you can make it to where it take the person using the phone to a link of the advertisement that would be good to.
