Build simple Ionic app with Google Maps

I need someone to build a simple Hybrid mobile app using Ionic Framework that contains a Google Map with some markers. I'll be providing the data for markers with coordinates. Here are requirements - Must use Ionic 4 framework - Start with Tabs starter template (run "ionic start myApp tabs") - Use native Google Map plugin [login to view URL] to display marker - Must run an both Android (8+) and iOS (11+) - Only load markers within the map view boundary and refresh the markers when the view boundary changes. Ex: drags/moves the map, changes zoom level (similar to how Zilllow map works) - Code should be delivered in a source code repository (Git, bitbucket) so I can take it and test it my self. The project is just an experimentation. Depending on the result I can ask to work on the actual project that implements maps
