Create android keyboard app from repository (open source code)

I need someone to create an andorid for my native language. The app should follow this opensource code: [login to view URL] This app should be functional and professional. I HAVE UPLOADED TWO APK FILES THAT SHOWS WHAT I DONT WANT THE APP TO LOOK LIKE!!! DONWLOAD AND INSTALL IT TO SEE WHAT NOT TO DELIVER!!! Most of what i ask below is already in the app...but since i need only two keyboard interface... English (phonetic) and Taleshi (persian), therefore i list what the app should contain anyway; 1) The app should containt two languages: Taleshi (characters will be provided) and English/phonetic (characters will be provided). User should be able to choose between the by from the "space button". Both keyboards have primary and secondary characters and a "extra" part when you hold the "." button. See attached file. Keyboard app_alphabet_masterfile 2) The interface should have a simple clean "default android keyboard" type design. You should be able to change between language (1) and (2) without leaving the keyboard. (Just like Gboard...see Gboard to get a feeling of how the design is) 3) Users should be able to choose themes/colors (nothing fancy, just background color should change..like Gboard)... 4) Suggestion ribbon that shows suggested words like Gboard. Suggested words must come from a word database. Words will be provided. Database must be editable (in one or another way so that more words can be added in future versions. 5) The app must be responsive so that it works in both landscape and portrait mode. 6) The interface of the app must be pedagogical and easy to end-user to install the keyboards and choose what theme they want. Step-by-step. Everything should be right to left (text etc...)...see the link to indic project. 7) Add smiley and stickers. Letters should pop up like in Gboard.
