Dama Game on Android

I've been making games in Unity 3D for 4 years. I have a large game in beta that's been Steam Green-Lit and two Android games on the Google Play Store, including Google Play Services/Games and Achievements. I would love to make a board game in the Unity Engine, from which it can be exported to a number of platforms including both PC and Android. While I'm never actually played Dama, I'm more than capable of writing the scripts for any rule set that can work on a flat game-board. I've already begun researching the game rules, and have found a few clearly explanatory sources for the game rules. Hello, I have a good Android programming background. I can implement for you a Dama (checkers like) game. I assume you already have the design (graphics and sounds it needed) and game rules. Do you have any restriction on the libraries one could use ? I'm thinking at using something like libGDX. Thanks, Paul
