iPhone | iPad | Android application

Looking for somebody to create a mobile application to run on the iPhone, iPad and Android. The application if for a Darts Magazine. Initially we would want the app pretty simple with the ability to grow as time goes on. Our website is built on WordPress with the home page containing all new articles. We would like the mobile application to be the same so that when it opens it pulls down the news stories from the website. We have only recently made the magazine available to view online with Yumpu.com. The magazine is released monthly on a subscription basis. (1 month, 12 months and 24 months) They place their orders online through our website using WooCommerce. I then allow them access to the relevant WordPress page which is user protected using a plugin called Memberships 2 We would like mobile users to be able to subscribe within the mobile application paying through PayPal. We would also like the ability to be able to give existing subscribers to the magazine within the app as they would have already paid. We have the magazine in PDF format which is what we upload to [login to view URL] Also, we need to be able to give users access to their old editions of the magazine once their subscription lapses as they have already paid for them. We would also like another link that would link to a photo gallery on the site. We would love to have a darts scoring application too. Two players with the ability to choose a target of 501, 301 or 101. When the players get to a score that they can checkout on we would like the app to offer advice on a checkout method (E.G. 120 remaining, T20 (60), 20, D20 (40). Also a way to store old games etc. Would possibly like them to be able to customise with the names of the 2 players.
