*** We can develop the App side of the project if needed - but we are looking for a skilled developer to help us with the Desktop Application development. *** A user uses their phone to take pictures or selfies. They then select a postcard (template layout) and add images to the postcard (crop / zoom / rotate them). Once finished adding the photos to the postcard, they can then print the postcard at a local printer by scanning a QR code. It prints the postcard on the local printer whilst a copy of the original photos and postcard is transferred to the local machine. There is more to this project and we are wanting to find a talented developer to work with our team on this project and we will supply a full technical brief after a DNA has been signed. In your quote: 1/ Please give us a brief outline of how you would code this app and the systems you would use. We need an App to work on OS & Andriod, plus software to run on local machine to collect the images and that is connected to the printer to print the postcards. So you need to briefly explain how you would do it, not just "I can do it!". 2/ Give some samples of Apps/work that you have created before similar to the above 3/ An idea of how much you would charge for 1 day of work and an idea of how many days you think it would take to make & test the app like the one above. 4/ Tell us your favourite food.. just so we know you have read the brief in full... plus it would be nice to know! Haha.

We have already worked on similar concept where photographer capturing photos & those photos are coming on mobile app for users here we have used integration of hardware device. I believe in your app we need to integrate printer API so that when user print any image it connect to printer & print that image. 2. We are currently working on similar type of application. It is about to complete apart from this we have development many photo based app 3. Once we will discuss complete requirement I can share with you precise development efforts. you can hire us on Hourly or monthly basis or project basis. 4. Pizza .. it would be nice to know! Haha. Hi, maybe obvious, but I like pasta, but even fish & chips :) in few words: very interesting project ! Based upon my experience this can easily be achieved: we need a step by step approach, all the part of Your interesting project will find a good solution in the known best practice software design. The challenge is to mix together different environments in an efficient way, we will see how in these answer to Your points: 1/ I prefer You developing the app side and leave the service side to me (please see point 3). The system will be based on a service that can be on a local machine, network server, internet webserver as You like (the SAME one!). The images will be collected in a direct RAM database (disk paired) and can be directly printed as postcards.
