write an Android application for BLE demo

Android JAVA. After "open" get permissions for all relevant features including : GPS high accuracy, Bluethooth low energy , storage , mac address , camera UI / UX ======== The project involve development of a JAVA program in Android using Android studio and delivered in source code. The purpose if to demonstrate the use of BLE ( Bluethooth Low Energy ). Home dialog title : BLE test program Menu items : 1) scan QR code - get the value of the QR and store it in the mobile for future use. 2) registration with email address : A. get the email address from the user , B. send the email address to the server by HTTP ( ip address , user and password will be provided) C. the user will get an email from the server ( not part of the requirements) D. get the code from the user E. send the code + email address + device MAC address to the server for verification. F. get verification from the server ( 0 - OK , others - errors ) G. after successful verification enables next items. 3) get BLE data : get from the screen UUID and major and store it in the mobile for future use. This will enable the users to enter the information of their Beacons. 4) in Loop Listen to BLE devices ( in short range) for the UUID and major in storage. If you got them , { If GPS available - Read GPS lat,long, alt and store to log file send out using BLE the value of the QR code + the device MAC address. write to log file the data { date, time , UUID, major, minor, RSSI , QR value , MAC address , GPS lat,long,alt ) If INTERNET connection is on - send all log entries to server.
