Write an android and iphone app for one-way voice recording

We are experimental psychologists who are looking for an experienced mobile app developer to create a One-Way Call Recorder application for internal research use. The app will function on both android and iphone. When installed the app will automatically record the voice of the mobile phone user (our research participant) during all incoming and outgoing phone conversations made from that device, however, importantly, it will not record the voice of the person on the other line. This contract is for a one-time project. Development will begin in July and should be completed by August 15, 2016. We wish to have the opportunity to view and test the app during its development, and to request any minor tweaks/changes before its final production. Additional specifications of the app: - The app will need to work on both android and iphone, as our research participants will be using their own phones, and might have either type of operating system. - After each phone call, the app will give the mobile user the option to “save and store” the data from the call including the voice recording, date/time, and duration of the call, and both phone numbers. - Following the mobile user selecting the “save and store” option, these data including the voice recording sound file should be stored immediately to the cloud (e.g., Google Drive) and/or sent to a specified email address. - The voice recordings will need to be high quality recordings (WAV format, at least 44 kHz sampling rate and 16-bit quantization) because the research project will require us to perform (nonverbal) acoustic analyses on the voice recordings, including measuring vocal frequencies. - There should be no limits on the length or number of recordings. - The app is for internal use and will be installed only on the phones of the researchers and participants. It will not be made available to the public and does not necessarily need to be uploaded to an app store.
