Charity Bank Games [Flow and Changes detail]
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
When a person goes to this app they select a Charity that they support so as they play games and try to win money the money they gamble is partially given to their Charity.
So...Let's say that my charity is the red cross...i then choose to play $100 worth of games....25% of the money I spend on games goes to the Charity....25% goes to the company (as a fee) and the rest is retained within the player's account to cover the payout that occurs if I win.
Right now the system properly handles the money in the player's account on the back end but only for the 1st interaction between player and game.
Let's say that I play the game and win. So maybe I spend my initial $100 but then win $200...The $200 remains in my account until I either request a check or decide to use that $200...or a part of it to play more games..the system on the back end needs to then duplicate the math % of the first transaction...so 25% to the charity..25% to Charity bank etc..
This pattern must follow through as many times as the person plays, wins, and plays more....
It will be this change along with an integration to an accounting system, like quickbooks.
It is a complete app. It is already in the Apple store and they haven't launched it with marketing yet as they need us to finish up these chanes
She is requesting a new dashboard for just her view among other things that will happen immediately after we finish this part..
the other small change is that right now games are set to get a winner of 1 in 3 this is how the database is set.
she needs that changed to 1 in 100. Means 1 should win approximately in 100 tries

Changes Detail
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We need some work on the CBG Wallet.
CBG wallet is an internal program to Charity Bank Games.
It handles tracking the money balance in player's accounts.
Client will send some graphics, when we win the project, that the customer created to show how the money should flow visually based on what they are doing.
The big issue that we need to solve is that once a player has paid initial money to play a game
and has won there is no current tracking beyond the initial game level.
Let's say a person spends $10 to play a game and pays with Paypal, 25% of the initial payment goes to the non-profit they are playing for. 25% of the money stays in the player's pot (from which winnings are paid out), .59% goes to Paypal for their processing fee, 49.41% goes to the company in the form of gross profit of 49.41%
This level is accounted for in the current system. The initial level is also accounted for in the CBG wallet.
When the customer wins money and then uses those winnings to play again, this is where we need to add levels of reporting and tracking.
If the customer wins $10 and then wants to use their winnings to play again, we must now take 25% for the non-profit, 25% for the player's pot, and 50% for the app2tapp company that owns the app.
In addition to this, we need to create an import file for Quickbooks. All initial sales, coming in from Paypal or [login to view URL] will need to be setup to generate an import file for Quickbooks. I have asked for Quickbooks version, they have not purchased it yet.
Additional Expense items we will need to import will be:
Blockscore, this company charges a $3 fee every time someone applies for an account. This fee is recorded currently in the dashboard.
This is what they need right now. We will have a new scope created as soon as this work is done for a phase 2 of app development.
