I'm very good in SQL, My SQL and excel Sheets

I have Python scripts which are designed to OCR/Read PDF documents. I have also recently done a similar project using the python libraries to export the information into excel tables. The source data was a PDF, and the content needed to be parsed into Excel as html tagged. I can do this work, it is unclear in your photo what fields you want from the source files. I can see that you want to build a database with food information. Getting to excel no problem. If you want it exported to an SQL database I can do that directly also via Python code. Your choice. If these are fixed files, I will would rather use the Python libraries I have as they work well and can be customised for you.
