web-based mini office..

Hello.. I need this small project which is a web based mini office service ( free service actually ).. it goning to be a good looking website where people can register a username and get the following : 1- Online word processor ( like microsoft word)... and the ability to write HTML codes. 2- Online spreadsheets ( like microsoft excel). 3- Online presentations ( like microsoft power point). 4- File storage , where they can store all kind of files in folders.. and make it public files if they like, to share with others. 5- calander , with the appilaty to put dates, notes and appointments.. and maybe with a special kind of an alarm .. like a pop up message. 6- a web based FTP client. the users should be able to save their work in their own account ( to acsses it anytime and anywhere) or to save a copy on the computer. there going to be an administration area for me .. to manage some things including the storage capacity for users. it means that I can increase it anytime I want. most of these things I mensuned are avilabe on the internet in the form of PHP and ASP scripts.. but its hard to but them together as one website. I am panning to make the website a multilanguage website ( two actually) .. so please make the script able to be translated in any language. finally here is a website that share the same idea , maybe it will help. <[login to view URL]> sorry I can't pay much.. but I am in a crises actually. Thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I wish that the script is written in PHP /MySql .. so it can be editable.
