I have already done this last month for a Customer. I have to create a SCRIPT (TESTED) using a DDNS (TESTED) that would accept the MIKROTIK Requeriments: 1.- I need your dynamic IP must have a DYNAMIC PUBLIC IP (if your dynamic IP is behind NAT from your ISP we cannot do what you need.... And must reject my proposal 2.- MIKROTIK at least a RB750 or superior model (RB951 - RB 952). You cannot use with the RB LITE models as they dont use WINBOX. If you dont have the two requirements dont accept my proposal and check for another options as I already try it and realize that is impossible to create VPN IPSEC without this two requirements. If you have this two requirements I need to accomplish accept my proposal and we will finish your project before you can blink.
