React Native UIViewController Delegate return promise

I have a very specific stack overflow question that I cannot get an answer to, and is imperative to the development of my app. I have a native module that I am trying to bridge. It uses Objective C. I can call it correctly from react native, but I do not know how to make the UIViewController delegate that is called return a promise.
