Review schema and Pcb

I am a software developer with a hobby for electronics. I designed this pcb that is a 1000baseT (gigabit) ethernet selector. The central ethernet connector must be able to be connected with one of the two side connectors, or disconnected from both. Schema is based to TS3L501E Texas Instrument (used like relays) and other 2 logic gates ic. The device work, but the quality of the electronic project and PCB design is low. Signal is disturbed with long cable, about 95 meters only on the central rj45, or with elecromagnetic interference. I need the best stability possible for long ethernet cable, and I ask help only from freelances with good experience in 1000base-t ethernet connection, magnetics discrete or jack with integrated magnetics, pcb projects for improve ethernet stability. For example: the connectors are not with integrated magnets, the length of the ethernet signal trace are different, the impedance has not been considered, 4 layers may be needed to improve the shielding from EMI. Many other tricks can be suggested for improve stability. Service that I would like: choose good quality magnetics discrete or rj45 integrated magnetics (considering price), modify scheme for improve ethernet stability (I use kicad, is prefered that software), choose If is better 2 or 4 layer pcb and rebuild entire pcb considering all roules for improve stability.
