I bought a script from smarterscripts - Freelancer v2.9
I have the freelancers, payment gateway, Bounce entry to index and Automatic Mailing List will allow people to automatically subscribe and unsubscribe in zips so you can work on my MOD.
You will have to modify it so that it functions with the same features as SL and a few that are not .
I have listed what I think are the differences in the SL and smarterscripts freelancer scripts.
If I have missed something I would appreciate your input.
The project requires all the features of SL and there are a few that SL does not have.
Each of the MODS to be installed and all functions tested. I will need one copy of each mod in a zip with install using local host for backup and possible future use.

Copy of the initial modified program with image upload MODS
My second mod of the smarterscripts freelancer program consists of a copy of the initial MOD with name changes, individual charges for the addition of photos to a project and the addition of added description text areas in the project listing. I will use the program for a local vacation property information websites. I wish for you to install and test site. I also want the modified program in a zip file for backup and possible use in the future.
Instead of webmasters and programmers the titles will be [Webmasters = LISTINGS USER] and [Programmers = [CLIENT]] This you can set in admin area of the program.
[LISTINGS USER] and [CLIENT] must be Members
Listings= [LISTINGS USER] would be able to post information about a property they wish to offer for lease from pre-set choices.
[LISTINGS USER] will be charged $7.00 to post one project for thirty days. Project will not be displayed until it is reviewed and approved by admin.
[CLIENT] will be charged $5.00 for selecting a property to make a reservation. [LISTINGS USER] may choose to pay this $5.00 reservation fee so the [CLIENT] would not be charged to make a reservation for his listing.
[This can be done with something like Featured Project feature of the program]
[LISTINGS USER] can choose basic information such as town, zip code, property type, length of rental,

'Length of Rental' specify date property is available [week - end checkin Friday checkout noon on Sunday 12/1/2006, 12/2/2006, 12/3/2006 date to be chosen from calendar that automatically adds the date]. For week-end rental - one week end per project posting. Example - If a [LISTINGS USER] has three weekends available--- he must post three projects --- one for each weekend he wishes to lease the property. Example [12/1/2006, 12/2/2006, 12/3/2006 first project posting] [12/8/2006, 12/9/2006, 12/10/2006 second posting] [2/16/2007, 2/17/2007, 2/18/2007 third posting]. The same applies to weekly and monthly project postings.

9. Photo Gallery Listings Option
9a. Photo gallery option that can be selected to display in the Listings post.

9c. Each Listings post may have it's own photo gallery created to display 1 to any number of photos--- if selected when posting project.
9d. The photos would be assigned the project number and img values in order 1,2,3,4,5,6.... example of this project number (1234000587) +(image number 1) = 1234000587-1

9e. When posting and selecting to add photos to listings - poster will upload one photo.
9f. Listings project poster would then click add to gallery button.
9g. The photo is added to their project and a charge of $5 for the first photo addition is added to the cost of posting their listing.
9h. The Listings project poster is then allowed to post another photo.
9i. When photo number 1 is added to any post - it is displayed in listings post.
9j. When photo number 1 is added to any post a cost of $5 is added for this feature.
9k. When additional photos are added to this listing gallery a cost of $1 will be added for each additional photo.
9l. Unlimited number of photos can be added.
9m. Configuration needs to automatically assign the project ID number to the uploading photos and add the photo number as in the example shown above.
9n. When photos are uploaded - they can not be changed by the poster.
Please note photo display will have thumbnails that display image larger for viewing when clicked. If only one photo is uploaded - it will display as thumbnail and large for viewing.
10. [LISTINGS USER] will have the option of adding a link to add virtual tour that is hosted on another site.
10a. The virtual tour should display in the listing and not leave the site.
10b. When 'Add Virtual Tour' feature is selected - a cost of $25 is added for this feature in the cost to post the listing..
