I want someone to create a platform for me which can be used to send bulk sms. I will need delivery report, bulk sms capability and ability to upload mobile numbers list from excel. It should not cost me more than 5-6 paisa/sms. If possible I would like to use an API like kannel which is free. NOTE : I DONT HAVE AN API. I want to use Kannel as a gateway if possible else use an API which doesnt cost me more than 5 paisa/ SMS. Only bid if you can do this using Kannel or use any other API which is less than 5 paisa/sms. Please bid if you have read the description and can fulfill all of my requirements.

I have done this done before for university project. I have your project ready. Seriously speaking, you can send 6 sms per second using solution i modified for you. And It will use your own cell phone to send sms. So it will cost as low as your GSM Subscriber allows you. Normally we have many sms packages where you can buy a best for you. You might need a Nokia cell phone for this purpose, because I have tested it on nokia phones its working perfectly. Window XP,7,8,8.1 is required.
