Build code for new website

I need someone to create a piece of code to put in my website. Its like that of fiverr or google where there is a search box, and a user will type in a address in the search box, most likely a post code/zip code, and when they click search it will look through a database of information that will have the locations and names of individual Painters under our company. And will return the results of the nearest painter to the customer, based on laocation. With all of the painters info, name, telephone number etc and a picture. the database i want to edit myself to add and remove information but help creating a sample of the database will be appreciated, and then in the future i can just simply maintain it. Do you think this is something you could do?
