Consultancy on how to piggy back payment gateways - open to bidding

Hi, I currently need to set up a payment gateway on a website that sells research chemicals and otc medicine (none of the illegal sort) - we had been using paypal successfully until a large unrelated transaction prompted paypal to freeze the account, however many gateways do not accept these kind of products. We do not have a US social security which makes payment options limited for us. So POS systems such as squareup are not within our access. I have heard from a friend running similar website that some people have managed to piggy back onto other legit umbrella merchant websites selling normal goods (that they also own), thus evading the need to apply for expensive high risk merchant accounts such as gspay, instabill or cc credit. I use woocommerce for the website so I have no idea how to do this. I am looking for consult on how to build a system like this, and if possible whether you can help me build it, as it would cost me money to set up a high risk payment gateway anyways. Also I am happy to pay 1 hour of hired time for initial professional advice on how to work around the situation. Best regards, Joey
