wordpress plugin for indeed.com api xml feed

Need skilled programmer to design one wordpress plugin which will retrieve data from [login to view URL] api feed and create one wordpress post/page for each zip code for USA. [login to view URL] jobs added and removed from [login to view URL] so the plugin must keep the data fresh and according to [login to view URL] api [login to view URL] can create demo account in [login to view URL] to see how their xml feed works and the parameters. 2. Data must not be redundant. Means it will not create new page/post for fresh data but any changes in data from api feed need to be reflected in the same page/post. There are 44,000 [almost] zip code in the USA , so the plugin will make exactly same number of wordpress post/page and keep data (contents) of each page according to fresh api data of [login to view URL] 3. Although it seems lots of pages to do, but in real, you just have to change zip code in the api feed from the database of USA zip code and display the xml feed into the wordpress post/[login to view URL] it need automation and smart work not hard work. In simple, display xml feed data according to zip code to wordpress post/page and keep the data [login to view URL] have to search and get USA zipcode database, which i think simple google search will yield result.
