177901 Job Booking System

We require a job booking system to be run over about 30 sites. We current have 3 engineers who look after 10 sites each The job system will have three levels of access: Guest, Engineers and Managers. Guest user should be able to: - Log IT Faults for their own site - View all current unresolved faults for their - View resolved faults within the last 30 days Engineers should be able to: - Log Faults at any one of their sites - View current unresolved faults at any of their sites - View resolved faults within the last 30 days - View an archive of faults at their sites older than 30 days - Sign off faults as resolved at their site Managers should be able to: - Log a fault at any site - View all current unresolved faults across all sites - View all resolved faults within the last 30 days - View an archive of all faults older than 30 days - Sign off off faults as resolved at any site - Administer which engineer is responsible for which site - Add new sites and setup new engineers ------------------------------------------------------ The guest fault logging system will be a web interface accessible on the local site LAN and run from the local server (Independant of the internet) Each fault should have the following supplied by the guest - Name - Location - Fault Description - Time/Date (Added automatically) - Site (Added automatically) Every hour the local site fault database needs to sync with our main webserver ------------------------------------------------------ The engineers area will be based on our webserver and accessed via our website. Engineers should be able to select which site they would like to view Faults for and also be able to select from Current faults, Faults within the last 30 days and faults older than 30 days. From this engineers section the engineers should be able to enter a fault resolution and set the fault to resolved. And submit their our fault for a site. ------------------------------------------------------ The Management areawill be based on our webserver and accessed via our website. Managers need to be able to list faults by any of the following: - Site - Engineer - Date submited We would also like quick links to the following: - All Open faults - All Resolved Faults (Last 30 days) - All Archived Faults - Log a new fault (For any site) - Add/Edit/Delete Engineers - Add/Edit/Delete Sites ------------------------------------------------------ The confirm: This system needs to run locally on around 30 of our sites and not require the internet for a fault to be submitted by a guest The local fault information needs to sync with our webserver which will hold the job data for all sites Please PMB me if you have any questions or arn't clear wiht the project.
