voicemail for software

I currently have an entry package Backend Tables are in access 97 and front end forms are in 97. This voice mail system must be a run time version and should be in access if possible . It should operate as a stand alone system that will answer the phone on designated number of rings, prompt dial in resident for a 4 digit ID number then prompt for resident to leave modify or delete message. this 4 digit code will link to the callers own account in my software. The caller will leave message for the guard as to who the guest will be arriving. I think the overall picture should work like this: When a guest arrives, guard enters resident name into my software, a bar should appear with basic media controls to allow the guard to play message through phone modem or sound card,Then the meassage can be manually deleted. I know some mod's will need to be made to my software, however this will require a new bid. Currently I would your software to place a 1 or yes in my table if the resident has a message waiting. The program should allow for number of ring, save, play, replay,delete, compress, time and date stamp all messages, work on any standard voice modem. Winning coder must have worked with voicemail systems in the past.
