Infoproduct Ideas (LONG TERM)

I'm looking for 28-30 good "ideas" for creating information products like ebooks, software, scripts etc. The product ideas should be suitable for niche target segments (explained below). I need brand "NEW" ideas and NOT a rehashed product idea that is already available on the Net. For e.g., "How To Create Streaming Video For Your Website" would be a good idea. This idea can later be developed into a product (eBook) targeting Website Owners (niche). Similarly, "Joint Venture Manager" is another good idea for a software product. Here, the niche area is "Internet Marketers". I want you to research and find out potential product ideas that can later be developed into "useful" products for niche target markets. Niche areas include website owners, internet marketers, newbies to internet marketing, advertising, software & scripts for website owners and so on. You are free to suggest niche areas but be sure your suggestion has a fairly good size. TIP: How do you know your suggested "niche" has an online audience? This will show you the number of searches for the words you have used and anything above 2000 is a "good" target audience.
