We are looking for several experienced .NET developers to whom to outsource a regular flow of .NET projects. Projects vary in size, complexity and technologies involved (we have both Windows Forms and ASP.NET), but as a reference point, an average project would typically take between 2 and 4 weeks and is of low to medium complexity. The payment rate will be $8-10/h depending on project type and your skills. People that work faster will make more money... We are also looking to hire a very experienced developer that will work with our team on a complex ERP system based on .NET Framework 3.5, Windows Forms, WCF, DXperience, CodeSmith and other technologies. The system consists of several applications and has many advanced features. Its final version is estimated to go beyound 750,000 lines of code. For this project the payment rate will be $10-12/h depending on skills and type of work. There will be bonuses for people that have proven disciplined and trustworthy. Bonuses can go to more than 20% of the usual pay. Following is a list of what an ideal candidate should be familiar with: - Deep knowledge of the .NET Framework (2.0+), OOP, design patterns - 3+ years experience in .NET development - Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL - Ability to meet deadlines; responsibility and discipline - Knowledge of various 3rd party products/tools/technologies is a plus. We do not require you to work full time with us (i.e. be exclusively dedicated) as long as you meet your deadlines. If you are interested, we'll give you to write a small .NET test program (2 hrs) + an online test (45 min) in .NET. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
