Leaky Condo Website - Western Canada

I have had 2 leaky condos and have been successful in remediation and successfull at mediation efforts to recover expeditures. I want to tell my story and provide advertising opportunities for lawyers, engineers, cosultants, window manufacturers, construction companies and others on this site. It should have a fairly cool flash into - maybe showing a building area getting soaked with rain and a time-lapse showing it rotting away - I've got tons of pictures. If the flash part is going to get expensive - I can make it phase 2 - so the site can get up and running. Optional Flash Intor with 4 pages of Info, 1 Page of links, 7 pages continaing 2 ads each with a single full page for each advertiser (14 total) for when their ad is clicked. That page will need a place to describe the company and how they can help, provide contact info and a coupon. I want to advertise up to 14 Advertisers - so the ad space needs to be substantial (large ads and space for a coupon with each ad) - how this is done can be proposed by you. I want to host the domain at Parcom.net. The ads need to be easily updated. I would prefer that I can dynamically change the ads by using tag placements of the images. But anyway that is economical is OK with me.
