Palm Consultant Timer Software

I have a Palm Treo 650 Smartphone, not sure what the OS is other than it is the one that came on the phone when I bought it. OS-5 sound right? I am a computer consultant that has a terrible time invoicing people, well, remembering to invoice... Here's what I am looking for: 1) arrive onsite to customer facility 2) pull out palm pilot, activate program that asks me customer name, $$rate, etc 3) timer starts counting up and totaling up labor charge like a taxi cab meter as soon as I hit GO button 4) can pause timer at anytime by hitting pause button 5) at job end, I hit stop - which asks for full job description of job done, parts needed, etc 6) Email goes out to customer and my bookkeeper with prelim invoice/statement ***see below re:email 7) customer has option to pay before I leave, with discount if paid before I leave 9) I enter invoice into QB back at shop later or tomorrow or whenever customer is happy to get the invoice immediately, I am happy because cash comes in fast, customer is happy because tehy have an option to get discount with early pay. Email function is pretty improtant to me, since it allows communication with customer and self later on. I presently have ChatterEmail installed ([login to view URL]), which you might be able to call on using - or if you want the program itself to email out using SMTP servers that are programmed in, that works. Summary of needs: 1) Palm OS5 compatible (hi res 320 x 320) 2) Visible timer timing time on site as well as running charges 3) Emailed summaries to atleast 2 email addresses Nice, but not necessary: 1) In one packaged file that can be downloaded and installed from file online versus needing to sync it installed. 2) If you can implement code from other libraries, as long as its legal to use and helps you make a decent product - use it. No need to do everything fron scratch. No need: 1) Quickbooks merging Is that something that would be workable? Thank you for your time, -WC- ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
