Personal/Dating Site

need a dating/personals site for people with Herpes. I would like the site to mirror that of www.matchdoctor.com. The site would need a field for the people to specify what type of herpes they have. As for the search I would require those similiar to the afore mentioned site. i.e. search by state or zipcode as well as distance calcualtor from zipcode to person you are interested in. Plus I would need photo upload, instant messaging, private email, the ability to have new people who join in your state have an email sent to you notifying you of this, a list of who is online sorted by state, sex, and age Basically if you can replicate matchdoctor exactly I would be very interested. I am looking for a coder that I could have a long term relationship with as I will be requiring upgrades and add-ons throughout the year. I ask that you post a link or picture of previous dating/personals sites you have done. If you can produce a replica of either of the sites and we decide to proceed I will give you all the variables I need i.e. the blocks for the registration and such. The site will need to be free but have the option in admin to convert to a pay site with paypal and credit card payment options. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Admin section to administer the website. 5) At least one month of free troubleshooting and help with the basic install of the site on my current domain. 6) Full help installing the scripts and databases on our hosting company. Bug free operation for 2 months. 7) Complete documentation of all functions, codes, features of the site, including site administration, general use and for maintenance. 8) Code needs to be easily maintainable and upgradeable (ie, uses include files, functions, etc). The coding should also make each section function properly and allow for continuous updates and edits to each section. 9) Help if anything messes up once installed on our server. 10) You should be willing to work with us on ongoing basis for Banner Design, updates and new features in future. May be an yearly contract can be signed up later for maintenance, upgrade and to introduce new features. 11)No requesting for partial payment or for work to be noted as complete before done. ## Platform Prefer the site to be in php and mysql. Needs to work in all windows explorers 5 and above.
