[login to view URL] we need the API integrated into an existing website design. All we want is for it to have a green light and say all systems are online. Or if one check is down, it will say the server name and an error message saying "The server appears to currently be experiencing an issue. System engineers are aware of this issue and are on site working to resolve the issue" It will also display this in a clean easy to read red outlined box. If three or more checks are offline then it will say "There currently appears to be an issue in the datacenter. System engineers are aware of this issue and are onsite working to resolve the issue." Finally there should be an administration panel (locked by password) where somebody can login to the system and add a message which will appear on the page. It can also be deleted. I will provide the current website and you can adjust it to put this in there. I will also provide the server to upload to. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
